Job Description

1.0      SUMMARY

  • Managing and bookkeeping of day-to-day warehouse transactions 
  • Working closely with sales and after sales department to ensure on time delivery of shipment. 
  • Working directly with customers to ensure well reception and documentation of goods shipped. 
  • Ensure adherence to quality levels, and exceptional accuracy with inventory system.

2.0     Job Description

  • Manage local inventory (stock) process
  • Enter shipping and inventory data in the appropriate software 
  • Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies
  • Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete
  • Monitor and maintains current inventory stock levels.
  • Develop and determine the inventory accounting methods and analyse inventory related reports.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping with an online accounting system.
  • Inventory transactions – incoming and /outgoing shipments - warehouse transferring.
  • Inventory transferring between branches.
  • High control over sub-warehouses balances.
  • Follow up with sales representatives for outstanding Inventory
  • Conduct Monthly Reports of Inventory ex. (Ending inventory, physical count, requested goods...)
  • Other related tasks assigned to him by the Accounting Manager

Job Requirements

Job Requirement;

  • University degree of Commerce, finance / accounting or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in trading accounting, work experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Has a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
  • Ideally, possesses a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management and purchasing.
  • Excellent level of Arabic and English (written and spoken) required. German is a plus
  • Excellent sense of communication and observation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative whilst maintaining attention to details
  • Able to maintain motivation and drive under tight timescales and / or when under pressure
  • Strong communication skills (written/oral)
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Preferable Obour City residents
