Job Description
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Familiar with online and offline marketing field's concepts, practices , communications channels and procedures.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
- Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
- Provide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties.
- Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications.
- Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience with advertising agency & marketing background or media field , pharmaceutical or medical.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of marketing services, such as digital marketing , online/offline campaigns , websites and mobile app
- Having a strong connections with pharmaceutical companies and brand managers.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English language
