Job Description
- Answers incoming calls.
- Moderate the company's social media pages by replying to comments, send messages.
- Download leads sheet from Facebook & Google.
- Directs call to the sales team by distributing the leads.
- Receive and process leads.
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM.
- Coordinate between departments to issue clients' contracts.
- Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company.
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Requirements
- +3 years experience in Brokerage companies is a must
- Excellent knowledge in CRM & MS office
- Presentable
- Organized
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree
- Females only
- Working Hours: 8 Hours from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Location: 5th Settlement
