Job Description
Suez Cement is searching for SAP Basis Administrator on outsourcing capacity:
- Monitor the SAP system for health and performance issues (work processes, spool requests, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, disk space)
- Provides technical support on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements,
- Evaluate and direct enhancements, and implement solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
- Administer system and end-user security using the SAP profile configurator and related transactions, maintaining documentation and following established procedures.
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve applications complex problems
- Work with the team through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, and conversion and testing on both internal and client-facing projects
- Generate and manage SAP roles and profiles, also schedule, monitor, and manage background jobs
- Generate reports and database to respond to requests received by help desk in timely manner.
- Update Licenses System Landscape Management and Operations
- Check and Maintain SAP profile parameters’ User Administrations and Authorizations
- Implement SAP OSS Notes, Analyze Early Watch reports
- Interact with end-users via phone, email, or messaging to help resolve their technical issues.
- Record all technical issues and resolutions in a computer-based ticketing system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years SAP Basis experience technical
- End user support in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/PM/PP/PS Modules are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
