Job Description
- Planning and supervising the cars of the company from regular maintenance, provided that they are always ready to deliver the goods to customers inside and outside Cairo. As for the cars leased from other companies, they follow drivers and cars are ready for trips.
- Follow up on requests from the different departments and schedule the workflow of cars according to "priorities and requests."
- Coordination with the Accounts Department, Collection Department, and preparing a weekly business plan and action plan for urgent requests.
- Create car itineraries, a daily and weekly work plan, and a weekly analysis of the company's cars and rental cars and other tasks.
- Ensuring that the seller reaches customers through drivers and collection representatives.
- The necessity to follow safety procedures and follow the traffic instructions for cars, as well as drivers and good behavior, with drivers Clients, sales and collection representatives, and various departments
- Ensure that the shipping documents and invoices are completed before making the trip, i.e. delivery of goods or procedures for leaving the vehicle from the company and following the security instructions from inspection and documents.
- Compliance with the company’s policy and the application of occupational safety and security rules.
- Submit proposals to improve and speed the workflow of managers assigned to use company cars.
- Providing quick solutions to problems calmly, following up on requests and working under work pressure and requirements.
