TAAGER is on the lookout for a strong professional who is capable of Identifying business opportunities, maintaining unique relations with our Suppliers, and working hand in hand with the growth team to ensure the sustainability of our demand.
The Acquisition Specialist will be a part of the supply team with a core job of increasing company supply and assure that the company is expanding its product selection, He will mainly deal with the suppliers and sellers, as his job is an on-ground job by 70%. Also, will be a teammate with the growth department in order to increase the availability of products and solve problems regarding unavailable products.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of area managers & buyers
- Research and identify the needed products and aligning the department strategy. • Devise a plan to acquire suppliers and products to fuel an aggressive growth
- Generate leads on daily basis that are from the defined target segment
- Contact, follow up and conduct meetings with leads on daily basis
- Creating and maintaining successful partnerships with suppliers
- Closing deals with potential leads to be one of our suppliers.
- Report performance on daily basis.
- Assess, evaluate and recommend products.
- Acquiring certain number of products per month.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 year of experience in sales/business development/supply.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, work well in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain a strong
- Personal rapport with internal and external clients.
- Strong computer skills, working in multiple applications, especially the MS Office Suite • Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities
- Strong presentation skills

- Relevant experience in E-Commerce
- Tech Start-up Experience
- Cross-functional project experience
- High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go
- Track record of driving results and setting strategy
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Experience successfully coaching and developing others
