About the Job:
- Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Managing the negotiation process between the buyers& the sellers
- Making Agreement on the company commission
- Appraising properties & Making appropriate pricing of the properties within the market
- Providing consultancy to the clients about market conditions, prices, mortgages & legal requirements, and related matters
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Making the follow up on time
- Achieving Sales goals & Sales Target
- Supporting the juniors in the team
- Carrying out all the functions that are assigned by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Brokerage Real Estate.
- Must have experience in Resale
- Must have a car
- Very Good to Excellent in English
- Presentable.
