Job Description

  • Maintain daily open communication between the Headteacher, staff, and parents through e-mails or phone calls.
  • Prepare class lists, bus lists, trip forms, and check-up lists.
  • Update the class lists if needed.
  • Report any violation to the Headteacher  
  • Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials  
  • Prepare and attend staff meetings.
  • Assist the staff with the book order.
  • Meet all applicable license regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5  years  
  • Evidence of experience in the administrative field.
  • Evidence of experience in coordinating the work of colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong character.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Self Confidence.
  • Enthusiasm.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
