Job Description
- maintain a general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions .
- presides over account reconciliations ;ensures all supporting documents are in order , reviews all .
- Account entries ,then prepare a summery of recommendations.
- In charge of closing the financial period monthly and making the financial report .
- produce error-free accounting reports and present the results .
- spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending .
- prepare financial statements of the company ; conducts comprehensive analysis ,including recommendations for streamlining costs costs and funding revenue-generating programs .
- prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with computerized ledger systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- ERP system.
- Strong accounting & Reporting background .
