Job Description
- Elicit and analyze stakeholder requirements
- Offer consultation and provide vision and direction to stakeholders.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRD)
- Develop Software requirement specification document (SRS)
- Create Flowcharts (BPMN)
- Create Technical Diagrams (UML)
- Create Wireframes and Prototypes (Figma/AdobeXD)
- Write User stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Backlog management and Sprint planning, (Jira)
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct competitive analysis (SWOT)
- Collaborate with the UX team to ensure output aligns with business requirements.
- Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer science or related fields.
- Prior experience as a Business analyst / Product owner in a software development environment
- Excellent Knowledge of SDLC within an Agile Scrum and Waterfall frameworks
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent business and technical documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent research and computer skills
- Experience with a project management tool Jira is a plus
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma is a plus
- Software development background is a plus
- UX Knowledge is a plus
