Job Description
Ellithy, one of Egypt's leading multi-brand car dealerships, is hiring 10 fresh graduates to join our sales teams across our Cairo showrooms. No prior experience needed: we train you fully on our brands, pricing, bank financing programs and the complete sales process.
What you will do:
Welcome showroom customers and understand what they are looking for.
Present cars, trims, prices and financing options with confidence.
Follow up with leads by phone and WhatsApp until the deal is closed and the car is delivered.
Coordinate with the credit, delivery and after-sales teams.
Achieve a monthly sales target.

Fixed salary 10,000 EGP + commission on every car sold.

10-hour shift, 6 days a week with one fixed day off.

Hiring process: shortlisted candidates will be contacted on WhatsApp with an interview date. Interviews are held daily 1:00–3:00 PM starting 1 October at our head office; full formal dress code.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (university graduate) is a must.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience; no automotive background required.
Presentable, confident and a strong communicator in Arabic; basic English.
Passion for cars and for selling; comfortable working towards targets.
Able to work a 10-hour showroom shift, 6 days a week (one fixed day off).
Cairo resident, or able to commute daily to one of our Cairo showrooms.
Driving license is a plus.
