Job Description
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling daily activities, meetings, and deadlines.
- Manage the General Manager’s office: organize documents, correspondence, reports, and files.
- Communicate directly with clients to update them on their production status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and production teams to track the progress of each client’s orders.
- Screen and manage calls, messages, and inquiries for the General Manager.
- Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
- Represent the General Manager and the company professionally and courteously.
