Job Description

Due to Company’s growing, we’re searching for a candidate with Medium Level experience for the position of Administration & Marketing assistant. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle all ordinary daily office requirements and make the Office environment excellent.
  • Manage the petty Cash and prepare monthly expenses report to the accountants
  • Supervise the Office Boy at his ordinary work with monitor office supplies 
  • Has decent knowledge on purchasing cycle and tracking Employees documents  
  • Decent knowledge in marketing like, Updating LinkedIn Company’s Page, Supervise any potential Company’s events, award ceremonies Or Trainings at company’s Show room.

Job Requirements

 

  • Related Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience
  • Good Computer/ English skills and French is advantage
  • The Job has No Age, Gender or Religion restrictions
