Job Description
Due to Company’s growing, we’re searching for a candidate with Medium Level experience for the position of Administration & Marketing assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all ordinary daily office requirements and make the Office environment excellent.
- Manage the petty Cash and prepare monthly expenses report to the accountants
- Supervise the Office Boy at his ordinary work with monitor office supplies
- Has decent knowledge on purchasing cycle and tracking Employees documents
- Decent knowledge in marketing like, Updating LinkedIn Company’s Page, Supervise any potential Company’s events, award ceremonies Or Trainings at company’s Show room.
Job Requirements
- Related Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience
- Good Computer/ English skills and French is advantage
