Job Description
- Provide clerical duties functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, data entry, filling, scanning etc.) and support for the Sales department team.
- Handling all the incoming and outgoing office Email (Post Mail, E-mail and Faxes) and follow- up.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Maintaining hard and electronic filing system.
- Answer telephone, transfer calls.
- Redirect phone calls.
- Daily Recording and following up sales team attendance and upload it monthly.
- Participate in preparing financial and technical offers for sales team.
- Respond to inquiries and tender offers.
- Complete all administrative requirements for tenders and Recording in the Suppliers Register files.
- Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
- Monitoring customer accounts.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Participate in preparing maintenance contracts & Prepare contract change notices.
- Make sure that all ISO documents for sales department are completed in time.
- Complete all the tasks necessary to accomplish the work.
Job Requirements
- BSc / BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- From 3-5 years of experience as secretary / sales Admin
- Females Only.
- Excellent command in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook).
- Good in time Management.
- Very good communication skills.
- Nasr City Residents are highly preferred.
