Job Description

  • Provide clerical duties functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, data entry, filling, scanning etc.) and support for the Sales department team.
  • Handling all the incoming and outgoing office Email (Post Mail, E-mail and Faxes) and follow- up.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Maintaining hard and electronic filing system.
  • Answer telephone, transfer calls.
  • Redirect phone calls.
  • Daily Recording and following up sales team attendance and upload it monthly.
  • Participate in preparing financial and technical offers for sales team.
  • Respond to inquiries and tender offers.
  • Complete all administrative requirements for tenders and Recording in the Suppliers Register files.
  • Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
  • Monitoring customer accounts.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  • Participate in preparing maintenance contracts & Prepare contract change notices.
  • Make sure that all ISO documents for sales department are completed in time.
  • Complete all the tasks necessary to accomplish the work.

Job Requirements

  • BSc / BA in Business administration or relevant field.
  • From 3-5 years of experience as secretary / sales Admin
  • Females Only.
  • Excellent command in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook).
  • Good in time Management.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Nasr City Residents are highly preferred.
