Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join people team to work on performing research, defining & designing situation-appropriate learning content considering business goals or KPIs and design and effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Consult with business groups on best approach to address gaps and collaborate in requirements identification, design, and development of learning interventions.
  • Design and develop effective learning solutions that support (internal & external) communities in skill development.
  • Research trends within field and develop proposals based on industry guidance.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of the Training Experience and manage training lifecycle from development to implementation.
  • Pre-event administration and support, including sending out invitations, joining instructions, making changes to events, informing relevant parties of participation requirements, or asking for specific needs, securing training delivery resources (trainer, room, materials etc.), support external vendors with orientation and process needs (sometimes preparing the venue)
  • Generating L&D reports for various stakeholders: attendance, feedback, adoption, utilization, completion, compliance, satisfaction, various other KPIs defined within L&D or by the business
  • Managing course waitlists and training requests (either individual or coming from the Learning Needs Analysis or Performance Management processes.
  • Uploading and maintaining content onto company L&D websites or portals
  • Consistently improving content and delivery methods to align with specific learning and business KPIs
  • Measuring the results of training, based on metrics relevant to the training process, such as participant feedback, attendance, satisfaction, test result levels etc.
  • Contribute to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving training delivery and development.

Job Requirements

  • 1 -3 years of learning and development experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented 
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills
  • Experience in global and regional working teams- cultural intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Flexibility to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi.
