Job Description

MENTALITY EG is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to handle full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in sourcing talent, managing employee files, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You'll work closely with company leadership to build and grow a strong and productive team while managing day-to-day HR processes like contracts, attendance, and internal communication.

 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR documents, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Coordinate payroll input (attendance, leaves, etc.) with the finance team.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Organize HR administrative tasks and reports.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and company culture initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or SME.
  • Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law, contracts, and compliance.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or HRIS systems).
