Job Description
We are looking to hire an energetic Account Manager with a strong experience in the day to day operations of a fast-paced technology start up.
Responsibilities
- Implement the defined project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Hands on content management and creative work.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the point of contact for all matters specific to the account.
- Address queries effectively and promptly.
- Brief the execution teams and coordinate with all team members to ensure consistent results.
- Manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
Job Requirements
Must have Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Account management activity focusing on the operations aspect.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Process-driven with solutions focused mind-set and a customer-centric attitude.
- Good at problem solving, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Team player who motivates others and encourages close collaboration.
- Strong accountability to meet deadlines and a perfect attention to detail.
- Intermediate phone-based customer service experience or similar.
- Experience in Market research is a plus.
