Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.

May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
May review and approve conceptual designs.
May assist in the development of new architectural methods and techniques.

BS in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer with 3-5 years of significant experience.
Has experience in real-estate development projects
Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
Significant post graduate experience in a design consultancy environment
Ideally previous experience of design in Middle Eastern or equivalent climates
Experience of highly serviced environments
A good understanding of architecture and a desire to contribute to the built environment
Experience of contributing to multiple projects and balancing workload requirements
Committed and talented Architectural designer with the desire to lead MEP projects
Career minded and looking for a new challenge, with the potential and ambition to progress within the firm
Working knowledge of a range of architectural engineering software tools
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit software for MEP.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
Working knowledge and understanding of Saudi Building Code, British, European and ideally International standards
