Job Description
- Supervise the graduation process to ensure its smooth execution across all faculties and relevant departments.
- Coordinate with academic departments, student records, and administrative offices to verify graduation eligibility and resolve any pending issues.
- Prepare, review, and approve graduation-related statistics and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of alumni and ensure data integrity in coordination with university systems.
- Oversee the services provided to alumni, including the issuance and delivery of certificates (temporary, final, English-translated, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate printing and distribution of all types of graduation certificates.
- Monitor the quality of services delivered to alumni and ensure adherence to university standards.
- Review and validate the design, content, and formatting of certificates to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between the alumni office and other university departments to facilitate smooth processes and service delivery.
- Address inquiries or concerns from alumni in a professional and timely manner Continuously.
- evaluate and improve alumni-related processes and services to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve the alumni experience and streamline administrative procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in alumni affairs, student records, or university administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in using digital systems and MS Office applications.
