Job Description

  • Follow-up on appointments, review employment requests, compare them with actual needs, and record them in the appointment needs file.
  • · Participate in employment forums and work to promote the company's name as a place that attracts distinguished cadres.
  •  Communicate with department directors and heads of departments to coordinate appointments for personal interviews.
  • Follow up on sending job offers to those who have been selected and follow up on receiving the job and completing its papers. 
  •  Responsible for explaining the induction program for new employees regarding the company's vision, goals, values, internal systems and hospital policies.
  •  Activating and implementing the performance appraisal system, preparing relevant reports, and reviewing all evaluations for each department. 
  • Constant updating of the organizational structure and job description under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
  •  Carrying out surveys and implementing incentive programs for monthly, quarterly and annual employees.
  •  Determine the development and training needs of hospital staff with department managers and ensure their implementation in coordination with the development department in the group.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the approved training plan, follow up on the evaluation of training courses by the trainees, and prepare a report on each training course that was held.
  •  Preparing monthly and annual reports and presenting them to the Human Resources Director. Implementation of the company's policies for motivating employees and supervising reward systems, whether material or moral. 
  • Effectively applying benefits and compensation system for employees such as medical insurance and other benefits programs, and ensuring that all employees know how to use services. Conducting interviews with the resigned employees to find out the reasons for the resignations and sending the monthly report to the Human Resources Director.
