Job Description

  • JOB PURPOSE         
    Developing HR Strategy for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety.
    Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development.
    Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  •  Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance and ensure fully compliance with the labor law.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  •  Implement the pay plan and benefits program linked to performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure fulfillment of the manpower vacant positions and build second line
  • Working close with the legal consultant to ensure protecting the company rights.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards

    Continuous Improvement
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the HR on systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Number and quality of improvements are line with corporate expectations and implemented
  • Health, Safety, & Environment 
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls across the HR department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitud
  • Maintaining the financial health of the organization
  • Frequency of non-compliance with standards, local legislation and company policies on HSE
  • Frequency of safety incidents

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Academic and professional qualifications:   
  • Bachelor degree in any Discipline from a recognized university.
  • Automotive Background is preferred.
    Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar role.
  • 10-15 years of experience 
    Skills: 
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
