Job Description
- · Setting training plans based on TNA.
- · Linking training impact with KPIs, Technical and Core competencies.
- · Conduct TNA for all hospital departments to cover the gap areas.
- · Create monthly reports and conclusions.
- · Coordinating for training.
- · Delivering soft skills topics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Max Age: 30
- 1 year of experience
- Maadi Residents or nearby areas.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Leadership.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Very Good Command of both written and spoken English.
- TOT certificate holders are preferred
