Job Description

  •  Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  •  Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with the company’s luxury brand image and marketing objectives.
  •  Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  •  Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects VIP RENT A CAR’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
  •  Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and promotions.
  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content strategies.
  •  Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  •  Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to amplify brand reach.
  •  Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  •  Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  •  3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
  •  Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
  •  Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  •  Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, photography, and video content.
  •  Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  •  Ability to work independently in a remote arrangement and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  •  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
