Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for audits and compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports as requested by management.
- Handle data entry into accounting systems and ensure records are updated.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data.
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
