- The responsibilities of the software team leader include overseeing software projects from scratch, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.
- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
- Taking control of how a project will unfold requires someone who can direct others, delegate, boost morale, solve problems, and keep everything flowing
Job Requirements
- We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software team leader
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and software development.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, analysis documents.
- Strong background in programming languages (such as MS SQL Server ,My SQL ,ASP ,.NET, C#,React Native,Flutter,PHP Platforms.), testing procedures, and the like enables software project managers to comprehend what is going on in the development process.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members.
- Have a very good communication skills and decision-making.
