About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our marketing
team in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive Content Plans and Content Calendars.
• Create compelling posts, scripts, and ad copies for multiple social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Build and manage a clear Content Strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Handle Social Media Publishing and ensure high-quality, consistent posting.
• Prepare and publish ads, promotional offers, and marketing posts.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to create engaging visual and text content.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and reach.
• Work hand in hand with CRM and sales teams to maintain brand voice and message
alignment.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
• Strong experience using Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and AI content tools.
• Excellent command of Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing, paid campaigns, and digital trends.
• Proven experience creating content for the Gulf market.
• Background knowledge of CRM systems.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to produce engaging, accurate, and medically relevant content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, preferably in the medical sector.
