Job Description
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings received from technical engineers.
- Making the engineering work plan on site with site members.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to team members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Monitoring daily progress as per as the daily action plan.
- Reporting to top management about the work progress and shortages if existed.
- Maintaining HSE rules and regulations.
- Putting plans for emergency situations to avoid any delay.
- Submitting all documents to the site's document controller for documentations.
- Handling daily survey for used quantities and materials and submit to the procurement manager.
- Keeping site's measurements, layout and action plans updated according to work process conditions.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in engineering.
- 3-5 years of Experience in a similar role.
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- Team player.
