Take ownership for industry leading projects
As a Petroleum Engineering Lead - RTS - MENATI, you will be executing multi-disciplinary consultancy projects that cross disciplines covering Geology and Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Production and Well Engineering.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
·Leading and executing consultancy projects in the field of Petroleum Engineering, while also providing extensive input to commercial proposals and drafting project plans for said proposals
·Maintaining consultancy projects margins and staying within budget for execution
·Providing a software utilization plan annually to sustain consulting business and work directly with vendors and global team on said plan.
·Recruiting and sustaining a stream of consulting talent and work on onboarding contractors depending on project needs
·Managing conceptual or theoretical activities related to any of various sciences, such as geology, geophysics, geomorphology, reservoir engineering, production engineering and any discipline concerned with developing oil and gas fields technically and commercially
·Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
·Supporting sales projects by finding technical and economically-fit solutions.
·Managing customer liaison/presentation on field development and multi-disciplinary or integrated solutions
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
·Have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering. (Masters or PhD. preferred)
·Have 10+ years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, preferably 5 years of experience working with Oil & Gas operators
·Extensive project management experience is a must (Leadership experience a plus)
·Be able to travel regionally across GCC, North Africa, South Asia, estimated at least 25%
