Job Description
- Install and configure systems, networks and wireless network equipment
- Troubleshoot systems and hardware
- Provide User Support
- Travel to user sites
- manage fingerprint attendance for all employees
- Manage IP CAM, DVR CAM and NVR CAM for all company
- Manage daily operation of the IT department
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
- Manage databases and manage information security. ensuring data storage is safe and secure
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent communication ability
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
