Job Description
- Implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities (Paid or Unpaid Channels) to fulfill open positions within the expected time to hire & time to fill standards.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Update monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
- HR Diploma/Cerificate is a must.
- The maximum age is 29.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a Must.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Friendly with all Social Media platforms (Paid and unpaid).
