Job Description
- Costing & Cost Control Accounting
- Reporting Financial information monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Processing pay transactions & daily banking transactions
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Job Requirements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge and experience of (receivable , cost control accounting , payable , …….)
