Job Description
- Ensure that employee files are archived in an organized manner.
- Maintain the updating of employee database.
- Supervise monthly attendance transactions of all sectors on time.
- Ensure legal compliance of the new hires according to the relevant policies.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time.
- Overseeing end-of-service procedures and reviewing the financial settlement.
- Prepare financial claims for social security and labor office on time.
- Setting up the personnel system and, follow-up official governmental procedures such as social insurance forms, health insurance, work contracts, follow-up legal affairs in the group
- Preparing and submitting the required reports to the Director of Human Resources
- Issuing HR Letters.
- Drafting forms 1,2,6 and form111.
- Tracking employees Vacation balances.
- Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
- Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database
- Write, update, communicate, and follow-up the implementation of company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in the industrial field is a plus
- Excellent practice of MS Office and mainly Excel is a must
- Very good Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is a must
- Excellent Communication skills
- Can work Under Pressure
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
