Job Role:
Handling the TMGT Egypt Pre–Risk surveys (property and engineering) including estimate studies EML, MPL, PML, etc., risk management and consultancy which provide the technical U/W team with detailed risk information in order to ensure the risk quality selection strategy which helps in meeting TMGT Egypt U/W guidelines and avoiding losses as well as issuing the risk improvements recommendations.
Accountabilities:
1) Assist in developing Risk Assessment manual & guidelines for internal & external surveyors.
2) Develop a process for surveys conducted & a standardized report format.
3) Conduct surveys as per the Risk Assessment Manual/Guidelines.
4) Surveying all property and engineering business or in some cases instruct external surveyors to survey as per external surveying guidelines to ensure that adequate safety measures are applied.
5) Guiding the decision making of Underwriters regarding new or renewal business by providing substantiated risk assessment reports.
6) Implementing TMGT surveying requirements in each and every survey.
7) Develop & Conduct a presentation to the customers on risk factors & the required improvements.
8) Calculate Maximum foreseeable loss and seek approval from Operations Manager, MD on insured facility as per the authority limits.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
1) 3-6 years of experience.
2) Bachelor degree in engineering
3) Sound technical or engineering background.
4) Very good insurance background.
5) Very good knowledge of health and safety measures.
6) Process Oriented & Good reporting skills by using English language.
