Job Description
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs, particularly for mass hiring projects.
- Develop effective and creative sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure the best fit for the company's culture and values.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and selection procedures, utilizing effective interview techniques.
- Organize and manage job fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay updated on the latest trends in talent management.
- Assist with onboarding and provide administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on mass hiring and real estate.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred.
