Role Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Manager to run day-to-day BIM operations, supported by the BIM Lead. You’ll oversee model quality, coordinate with teams, and implement best practices. Knowledge of visual programming (Dynamo) is required, and an interest in AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination and enforce company BIM standards.
- Manage model federation, clash detection, and issue tracking.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Willing to raise awareness in BIM tools and workflows.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models throughout all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
- Conduct regular BIM training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency and promote best practices

- Monitor project progress, identify risks related to BIM deliverables, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve BIM processes.
- Explore AI tools to improve workflows where applicable.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of BIM coordination/management experience.
- Strong Revit skills and visual programming experience.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM processes on large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience developing and enforcing BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex modeling and coordination issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Interest in AI workflows is a plus.
