Job Description
- Design and execute Marketing Activation Calendars, brand plans, and promotional activities
- Manage the category and brand portfolio to drive growth and market share
- Develop communication plans and assets while ensuring efficient media investment and A&M budget control
- Lead brand performance analysis and insights generation in collaboration with the Insights team and present quarterly findings
- Manage A&M spending in line with AOP through budgeting and monthly tracking
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare and lead creative and media agency briefs and evaluate proposals
- Coordinate packaging updates related to ingredient declarations in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
- Lead pricing strategy development
- Assess market opportunities to expand the brand portfolio and drive business growth
- Manage brand forecasting and coordinate SKU distribution plans with the Sales team
- Monitor media performance, reviews, and audits
Job Requirements
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
