Job Description
- Make a Comprehensive inventory of all the company’s properties and fixed assets
- Registering the ownership of the company's real estate and finalizing the procedures for declaring it in the real estate publicity department.
- Take the necessary legal measures to legalize the status of lands in the company's possession to avoid any future disputes
- Issuing all kinds of documents necessary to complete the procedures of registering, publishing, transferring ownership and enabling the company to own its properties
- Issuing of operating, construction, and demolition licenses from the concerned authorities
- Examining and studying all files of lands and real estate to be legally purchased for the benefit of the company before purchasing them and submitting notes thereon to the head of the department.
- Representing the company in all government departments/authorities in the country (real estate publicity department, Egyptian Survey Authority, police stations, etc.)
- Drafting contracts for property, real estate and company assets
- Helping other sections within the legal affairs to complete the required work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in law with a valid license to practice law, with 7 to 10 of experience.
- Adequate knowledge of laws (labor, rentals, administrative law, civil law, pleadings and execution law, criminal law)
- Males Only
- Experience in dealing with real estate publicity department, Egyptian Survey Authority, police stations, etc.
- Familiar with the legal formulas of contracts, investigations and requests
- Tact and ability to communicate and create relationships in government departments & authorities.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills in various legal areas.
