Job Description
We are looking for active, positive, and flexible Business Development Executives preferable with previous experience in the training and coaching industry.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Plan approaches and batches.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential clients.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Identify and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Drafting proposals according to the client's needs.
- Setting up meetings online or offline.
- Managing quotations and invoices for the client.
- Coordinating with the finance department for payment collections.
- Creating monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
- Proactively and diligently closing deals in order to overachieve or achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience of 1 to 5 years in B2B Sales
- Outstanding Sales techniques
- Outstanding sales skills over the phone and face to face
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- B2 English level or higher
- Mastery of MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to create proposals, quotations, and invoices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An outstanding character with great charisma and a positive attitude.
