Job Description
- Act as overall focal point for any project OHS related activities within the project, down the line, to supplier & ERP personnel.
- lead the team in efforts to improve the overall OHS culture.Internal awareness sessions, as required, with Ericsson personnel & suppliers, related to the project.
- To report on the overall OHS trends To implement improvement actions based on the analysis of the trends from inspections, vehicles safety system, incidents reported, or other proactive measures
- Ensure that adequate time is built-in to agreed delivery time frames to allow for the proper planning and execution of OHS in project delivery.
- Coordinate the EHS Related matter within the organization
- Perform Management walk through quarterly to ensure the commitment and adherence to OHS from the field teams across all accounts & plan for walk through visits for coordinators.
- Lead the OHS auditor's visits and also coordinate with the operational control layer on daily basis.
- Attend & held the Monthly OHS meeting with OHS Project team, ASP and internal meeting with the project coordinators and Account manager as well Ensure approved safety procedures are followed for Road Safety, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Chemical Safety,, Fire Safety, and Crane Safety etc.
- Close monitor to the daily activities and ensure all OHS WOW are applied without any tolerance and act for any observations.
- Review Risk Assessments, lifting operations, permit to work records.
- Ensure proper Audit done on field or remotely. VF-HR 100% , Etisalat & Orange HR 90%To participate in incident investigations and be the lead for corrective / preventive actions closure
- Collect the received violation [internal or external] to be recorded in our data base with the corrective and preventive action taken.
- Tracking GPS & follow Not Active GPS till solved
- Ensure Performing 10 % RDT for resources and fleet Track the resources and fleet compliance and ensure all no one exist in the filed unless have all required compliance criteria
- Conduct daily safety inspection in site activities and prepare report Identifying and reporting on unsafe equipment, working conditions and practices.
- Ensure supplier and team personnel have undertaken the required training to be able to do their job as safely as possible according to the project training matrix.
- Ensure that PPE and necessary OHS equipment is purchased, issued, maintained and controlled
- Ensure OHS tools are third party inspected for Vodafone account each 6 month/ and the other accounts to be inspected internal each Q
Job Requirements
- Min years of experience: 7 -10 years in EHS field where as 2-4 years in EHS Auditing
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Business and Customer Oriented
