Job Description
- Manage closely the implementation of the material plan and coordinating with both procurement and inventory to oversee the flow of material from procurement meets projects requirements on time, indicating the variant risk.
- Initiate /Implement / follow up the short term and long term material planning, detail material scheduling process for maximum utilization of the projects and resources.
- Implement / follow up delivery timetables. To ensure stores have enough stock and suppliers equally holding stock to meet demand.
- Monitoring stock level. Balance supply and demand in collaboration with all projects /planning/ scheduling.
- Manage closely the implementation of the material plan and coordinating with both procurement and inventory to oversee the flow of material from procurement meets projects requirements on time , while maximizing companies’ service levels and minimizing inventory levels and waste.
- Monitor the frequency of demand aiming to strategically alter into a long term contract / frameworks and analyze the benefits
- Initiate /Implement / follow up the entire inventory activities and insure that sites are align into a unified policy/ procedures / implementation process.
- Monitor / follow up the strategic controls to effectively measure inventory accuracy as of physical inventories, audits and all cycle count activities, and accordingly manage the corrective action process.
- Initiate /Implement / follow up the strategic controls to effectively measure the stock level process not limited to minimum stock level/ strategic stocking level/ and maximum stock level in conjunction to the company objectives/ plan/ consumption.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent command of English
