About Golodger:
GoLodger is a platform and an App that facilitates the online rental of Vacation Properties in Egypt.
About the Job
- Responding immediately to client queries on phone, website chat, Facebook page and whats app
- Ensure the processing of customers booking requests received on the system within an hour
- Recommend properties to travelers and assisting them till booking is confirmed successfully
- Follow up on all customer related issues and provide timely feedback to all customers.
- Resolve customer problems and requests in a highly professional manner.
- Document and escalate all website technical and trouble shooting related issues observed or received from client
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, transactions, complaints and actions taken
- Update customer service tracker in details with all client interactions
- Work as part of a team to ensure offering world-class Service at all times.
Job Requirements
- Must live close to Nasr City
- Must be career oriented
- Must have a successful track record of at least 1 year in sales.
- Experience in Real Estate or travel agencies is preferred
- Medium to Advanced English is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills is a must
- Must own the job and be able to work independently
- Must be quick in responding to requests and always available for clients
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be creative in terms of solving problems
- Must be flexible in terms of job requirements.
- Must be hard working and dedicated.
- Accuracy in handling all assigned tasks.
- High attention to details
- Discipline, attendance and punctuality.
- Full transparency and honesty in dealing with customers
