Job Description
- Act as the direct focal point between the company and the client to ensure information alignment and customer focus.
- Identify potential markets, handle approaching clients, and compile lists that describe service offerings to seek interested customers to invest within the company.
- Arrange meetings and conduct presentations with the client, and communicate to the relevant stakeholders the service application needed to expand the company’s business.
- Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) (that includes all the clients’ inquiries, requests, clarifications, and documentations) in order to reach the highest customer engagement.
- Revise, gather, and submit to the client the financial (tender bond, bill of quantities (BOQ), commercial letter, etc.) and technical tender (safety plan, scheduling, manning, method statements, etc.) to cover all the client requests and agree on the contract details.
- Monitor market trends and initiate market research studies to analyze the business findings to compete in the market.
- Coordinate the Request for Quotation (RFQ) between the Tender department and the client to facilitate and smooth effective communication between the two parties.
- Report the tender submission schedule (to the Tender department) on periodical basis to organize a smooth workload.
- Provide statistical status reports whenever needed across all projects for management review. (automating this report is in progress)
- Carry out site visits (during the tendering phase) to ensure the location conditions are appropriate for starting the business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in construction-related field
- Fluent in French is a Must
- Business Development certificate is a plus.
