Job Description
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate timely materials for operations.
- Study historical data, analyze trends, and account for fluctuations to ensure constant material replenishment.
- Creating Purchasing Requests for re-filling orders to ensure the consistent supply of materials necessary for operations.
- Prepare needed reports on KPIs and maintaining MRP master data parameters
- Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate suppliers in coordination with the purchasing team.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Science/Medicine or relevant degree;
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a similar position
- Successful, multi-year track record in Supply Chain functions in global organization
- Familiarity with SAP tool is highly recommended
- The ability to communicate with confidence and build respect
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong planning/project management skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Superior communication/ interpersonal skills
