Job Description
- Responsible for designing new plastic injection molds
- Responsible for designing engineering changes on existing molds
- Support customer's needs in design and engineering
- Maintain a high level of mold design standards
- Creating 2D mold layout assembly drawings and bill of materials
- Generating 3D electrodes, along with 2D detail drawings and burnsheets for EDM
- Ordering mold bases and standard components
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Wire EDM and/or CNC machining technologies.
- CAD/CAM expert and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works mold design package or others ( CATIA, NX , … etc.).
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience directly related to injection mold building and design
- Work in a team environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
