We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional ads that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Promote the company's products in the digital space.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights.
- Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, SEO, email, mail campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
- Assist in the execution of digital programs including paid social media, email marketing, display, and search marketing
- Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Females preferred
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in Beauty & Cosmetics Feild is a Plus
- E-Commerce experience is a must
