Job Description
- Handling and responding to all customers enquires through coordination with other departments.
- Explaining, simplifying and showing advantages of products
- Assisting customers in selecting suitable products in accordance with FRA regulations and restrictions.
- Achieving sales target
- Handling customers' complaints and maintaining good company image
- Provide detailed periodically reporting

- Background of the Mortgage Finance, Real State, Leasing or Insurance industry is a Must.
