- Overseeing Compound infrastructure, pool, gardens and landscapes to ensure functionality and safety
- Managing maintenance teams (e.g. Cleaning team, Security Guards, Gardeners)
- Organizing repair, installation and renovation projects
- Updating Facility managers with any problems to make the appropriate action
