Mechanical Site Engineering

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure optimal performance and progress.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, project schedules, and performance plans.
• Handle PR (Purchase Requests) and MR (Material Requests) implementation and follow-up.
• Design, plan, and implement electro-mechanical infrastructure projects, including HVAC, firefighting, cooling, and BMS systems.
• Lead and manage projects related to capacity planning, system upgrades, and system migrations.
• Supervise the implementation of electro-mechanical works such as HVAC, firefighting, and low-current systems.

Team Leadership

• Guide and support engineers, senior team leaders, and technicians by providing technical direction and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and service contracts.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Establish and maintain tools for monitoring system performance, capacity, and utilization.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
