Job Description
- Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and tasks
- Identify any gap on the operational support and suggest correction actions
- Ensure maximum availability, service hours coverage and skills effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Degree qualified and Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong English communication skills is a must.
- MCSE Qualified or trained - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in Software and hardware support (laptops/desktops).
- Network and security administration skills
- Experience Apple/Mac is highly desirable
- Experience in google products (G Suite).
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Max age 30
- Male only can apply
- Having an entry-level certificate in networking like CCNA, CCNA Security,
- Having knowledge of forti product or any firewall ( Cisco ASA, Sophos, Palo alto ....)
- Having Knowledge of VoIP systems Solutions or background
- Experience in supporting clients on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLAN's, DNS, Network Shares, File/Print services,
