Job Description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. She will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Handle administrative requests and queries from divisions’ heads.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Develop and maintain the filing and archiving system.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- From 3-5 years of relevant experience is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- Advanced Arabic and English typing speed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
